Absolutely! Epic has always offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You have 45 days to return your loupes for any reason. If you have any concerns, we can usually fix them for you — most times you don’t even have to ship them back. Just call or email us.

Simply put, it is the distance between your pupils, and it’s essential for loupes that fit you correctly. The industry standard is millimeters (Epic measures to 1/100th of a millimeter). Epic is currently the first and only company, that we know of, that lets you get your pupillary distance without talking to a sales rep. Our service reps are trained to be helpful, not pushy.

After your order is placed, you’ll be emailed a brief video (55 seconds!) showing how to take a simple selfie. Send us the picture and we’ll send you your powerful, custom loupes.

We can’t speak for them, but we know that at trade shows they aren’t too happy! We offer some of the same designer eyewear, with the best magnification, the Epic LED light and a fantastic warranty, and our manufacturing times are much faster. Some other loupes companies have offered to buy us out, but we decided medical professionals need as many high-quality, service-oriented providers in their corner as possible.

Your loupes are made in Boise, Idaho, USA, using components from the finest suppliers in the USA, Europe and Asia. We sell to providers all over the globe. Even though they’re assembled in Idaho, no potatoes are used in their production.

Although loupes only focus on one spot, there is depth before and after that focal spot that provides a useful amount of clear, crisp magnification. If you get too close or too far from the focal point, focus will diminish.
